If you have been charged with a DUI, ADOT may ask you to complete a screening to have your license suspension lifted. If you've already been convicted of a DUI, the screening is the fist step in the legal requirements and is used to determine any treatment that may be required.

Arizona mandates a 16 hour education course for everyone convicted of a DUI. Our course is 100% online and completely self-paced so you can complete your services on your time from the comfort of your home. Do 5 minutes here and there, or complete all 16 hours today - it's YOUR choice!

What if my license has been revoked?

If your license was revoked due to a DUI, you will need to have a specialized evaluation after you have completed all of your required services. This evaluation is our statement to ADOT whether or not we feel that your substance use still interferes with your ability to drive safely. If you're done with your services and ready to complete your revocation application, click here to download the documents needed from ADOT and give us a call to schedule. Even if you didn't complete the rest of your services with us, we'd be happy to help you through this last barrier standing between you and your license.
